Orders are shipped from XOOSE.de headquarter based in Hamburg, Germany,
Monday to Friday form 9:00 to 16:00. Orders placed during the weekend are processed the following Monday.
We have the following shipping options for deliveries within Germany:
- Premium “6,90 €” : If you choose the Premium shipping method, you will always receive a tracking number to track your shipment, regardless of size and type of packaging.

For deliveries within Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, France & Czech Republic we have the following shipping option:

For deliveries within any other country in the European Union we have the following shipping option:
- Premium “15,90 €” : If you choose the Premium shipping method (if available), you will always receive a tracking number to track your shipment, regardless of size and type of packaging.
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries outside the European Union:
- Premium “34,90 €” : With a tracking number to track your shipment, regardless of size and type of packaging.
